At Talk Yachting we're serious about sailing
Talk Yachting is for you – if you want to learn how to sail and value confidence as well as competence.
We offer all RYA practical sailing courses in Portsmouth and the solent, as well as own-boat tuition, crewing opportunities and Yachtmaster Qualifying Passages to adults over the age of 18.
Our learning, development, coaching and performance heritage features in everything we do. We will encourage you to try, to go beyond your comfort zone and still remain safe, and to have a life fulfilling experience.
Training in a variety of conditions is necessary for developing experience. Based in Portsmouth Harbour, we teach in open water between Sussex and France, along the Jurassic coast and everywhere in between including the Solent.
